The World Health Organization (WHO) recently released new guidelines to reduce the risk of dementia globally, as the number of people with dementia is expected to triple over the next 30 years. The recommendations include avoiding drinking too much, incorporating regular exercise into your weekly routines, avoid smoking, managing your blood pressure, maintaining a healthy weight and eating a balanced diet.
