You’ve been there before: Your head feels like it has an immense pressure, your mouth is cottony and the stuff sloshing around in your stomach might not stay put. Unfortunately, there are no cures for this hangover feeling.
Sure drinking water and consuming some vitamins will help replenish your body of the nutrients it lost, but you’ll mostly want to make you eat and drink water in between drinks to ensure that hangover feeling doesn’t make an appearance.
