If you are not a morning person, the thought of getting up, getting ready and preparing a healthy meal can sound and feel impossible. Sure, mornings are tough, but breakfast doesn’t need to be.
Dish up some egg muffins with sausage, spinach and cheese on Sunday, and freeze them for an easy meal all week. How about a freezer breakfast sandwich or overnight waffles with orange curd? Those are also just a brief moment in the microwave away from being a hot and nutritious meal.
