We love napping, and you should too.
How much do you love napping? Seriously, your body craves a good nap to give you an extra boost of energy throughout the day. And we need it. A recent CDC study found that more than 40 million workers sleep fewer than six hours a night, which means napping is a necessity.
To nap without feeling groggy the rest of day, aim for a 30-minute rest. In fact, for those who took at least naps of this length per week had a more than 30 percent lowered risk of death via coronary episodes, according to “The Archives of Internal Medicine.”
