Red wine headaches aren’t hangover headaches. In fact, it’s probably a migraine. Because the burgundy beverage contains high volumes of sulfites, which are chemicals naturally occurring during fermentation, it can be a trigger for uncomfortable head pain. Try eating a meal before drinking to help dull the pain.
